Las fiestas del barrio de San Miguel de Almuñécar

Last weekend we went to a street fair in the neighborhood around the castillo (full program of activities here). The biggest hit was the bungee "ride" for 4 euros. We enjoyed walking around but were also happy to end the evening a little removed from the loud music and smoke by having a drink and the delicious falafel at a restaurant we all like, Babel.

      Hi Mom! -- It's just good ol' St. Michael. The barrio is de Almunecar, but there's no special St. Michael of Almunecar. But it makes sense that the barrio de San Miguel is right next to the castle. -- Piers
