Visit from Aunt Alison
Alison visited for nearly two weeks in the middle of October. She came primarily for a work retreat, and while she did get in plenty of work, she also carved out lots of time for morning runs along the paseo, board games with her niblings, dinners out with the grownups, ice cream with whomever wanted it, and long chats with Joe and me. She's appeared in a few recent posts from Piers (here and here), and here are some additional pictures of our time together.

Seeing you all together makes me wish I was there. We are close to renting a place in April again, not far from last year's rental, but a little closer to Plaza Madrid.
